Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FreeTempMail, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by FreeTempMail at any time. Upon terminating your use of the service, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use FreeTempMail in any way that:

• ✗Infringes upon or violates the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others
• ✗Harasses, abuses, insults, harms, defames, slanders, disparages, intimidates, or discriminates

• ✗Collects or stores personal data about other users without their consent
• ✗Uses automated systems, bots, or scripts to access or use the service
• ✗Attempts to bypass security measures or access restricted areas of the service

Violation of these prohibited uses may result in immediate termination of your access to the service and may subject you to legal action.

Service Availability and Modifications

FreeTempMail is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We make every effort to ensure the service is available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that:

• •All emails will be delivered successfully or in a timely manner
• •The service will meet your specific requirements or expectations

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FreeTempMail and its operators, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Intellectual Property Rights

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FreeTempMail and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit those restrictions or you have our written permission.

User Content and Email Messages

You are solely responsible for any content, including emails, that you receive or access through FreeTempMail. We do not review, monitor, or control the content of emails received through our service, and we assume no responsibility or liability for such content.

By using FreeTempMail, you acknowledge that:

• •You are responsible for the content of emails you receive through temporary addresses
• •We do not endorse, support, or verify the accuracy of any email content
• •Emails may be automatically deleted after a period of inactivity
• •We are not responsible for lost, undelivered, or deleted emails

Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the service.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
